			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Gran Via is a boulevard in the center of Madrid, which was created between 1910 and 1931. The lenght of Gran Via amounts 1,5 kilometres. The street can be found in the south of <a href="http://www.madridinspain.com/2004/10/chueca-madrid/">Chueca</a>.</p>
<p>Gran Via was planned to be Madrids glamorous avenue. Today its known as lively shopping street with many shops, cinemas, and theatres. There is also loads of traffic on the Gran Via. The boulevard counts six lanes.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Calle Mayor is the main road of Madrid since the Middle Ages. The important travelway is known as active residential, office and shopping street in the heart of the Spanish capital.</p>
<p>Some interesting palaces can be found at the end of Calle Mayor, into the direction of the district called &#8220;Madrid de los Austrias&#8221;. Those buildings were erected between the 16th and the 17th century. They accommodate city hall, administration, military district commando and an Italian culture institute.</p>
