The mansion from the beginning of the 20th century, was the residence and workshop of the exceptionally gifted Spanish painter Joaquin Sorolla.
Sorolla lived from 1863 to 1923, and spent the final years of his life in this kind of gorgeous building. The garden of the mansion has the typical Andalusian character.
Sorollas pictures are bathed in light, and intercedes a certain charme to the viewer. The mansion is located in Paseo General Martinez Campos 37, close to the Ruben Dario metro station.
